To comply with refrigerant gas handling regulations, it is mandatory for anyone installing or servicing split air conditioning units to be registered with a DEFRA-approved certification body. Installation or servicing by unregistered individuals is strictly prohibited and considered a legal offense. To supply you with pre-charged air conditioning systems, please provide a copy of a valid FGAS Certificate from yourself, your installer, or an authorised body.

Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to our “Bosch Free Air Conditioning Unit Promotion” which takes place from 1st April 2026 to 31st October 2026 for customers of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) (the “Promoter”).
  1. Promotional Period: 00:00am on 1st April 2026 to 11:59pm on 31st October 2026 inclusive.
  2. Description of the reward: Fit 10 Bosch CL3200i or CL7000i single split unit top level kits between April and October and receive 1 free. The free unit will be up to the value of the most purchased Top Level Kit
  3. Excluded Participants: 
    1. any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate family members of such employees; 
    2. any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited; or
    3. merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies).
    4. Exclude supplier employees
  4. How to enter the promotion: Participants must complete the registration form before the promotion ends on 31st October 2026
  5. Distribution of Free Unit:
    1. Once qualified for the free unit customers will be contacted within 30 days by their preferred branch to arrange
    2. The free unit can be up to the value of the most purchased Top Level Kit of the CL3200i or CL7000i
    3. The free unit to be delivered and supplied by City Plumbing or available for collection in branch
    4. The free unit must be taken within 60 days of the promotion end date of 31st October 2026
  6. No Alternatives: No cash alternative is available to the free unit.
  7. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By entering the promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  8. Amendment and Cancellation: If circumstances arise that are beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and the Organiser, they reserve the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice. 
  9. Data Protection: We will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy at https://www.highbournegroup.co.uk/privacy-policy/. Details of the winner including their surname and county will be available on written request by any regulatory authorities, including the Advertising Standards Authority.
  10. Liability: Neither the Promoter or Organiser shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the prize winner in respect of the Prize, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Prize Draw. The Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for any entries which are not received for any reason.
  11. Jurisdiction and Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
