Solfex Cashback

The following terms and conditions apply to our Air Source Heat Pumps Cashback offer (“Offer”) for trade account customers of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) (the “Promoter”):

1. Promotional Period: 1 September 2025 to 31 October 2025 inclusive.

2. Offer: The Offer is up to £100 Cashback (“Reward”) for any trade account customer that purchases a Midea, Grant R290 or Samsung R290 heat pump with a qualifying Solfex cylinder and £150 of accessories from a Promoter branch store during the Promotional Period ("Qualifying Purchase”).

3. Eligibility: a. The Offer is only valid to trade account customers that have completed the application form relating to the Offer on the Promoter’s website: [https://www.cityplumbing.mom/content/solfex-cashback] by 2nd November 2025 and made a Qualifying Purchase during the Promotional Period (the “Qualifying Customer”). b. Both Qualifying Purchases and Qualifying Customers will be verified by the Promoter to confirm eligibility and compliance with these terms. All decisions by the Promoter are final. c. Any Qualifying Purchase that is invoiced and not paid in full will not qualify.

4. Maximum Number of Rewards: Each Qualifying Purchase will entitle the Qualifying Customer to one Reward and the number of Rewards a Qualifying Customer may receive during the Promotional Period is limited to a maximum of 1 Rewards.

5. New/Existing Customers: Qualifying Customers must use their trade account when making a Qualifying Purchase.

6. Excluded Participants: The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding: a) accounts opened by public sector organisations or housing associations; b) any and all accounts for entities which have more than 15 employees; c) national and regional house builder companies and / or contractors; d) any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate families of such employees; public sector or housing association employees; e) any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited; f) merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies); g) customers with internal and/or external contract support

7. Notification of Reward: The Promoter shall notify the Qualifying Customer of any errors or issues with the submitted application form or if they have not qualified within 7 days of the date of submission by the participant

8. Distribution of Reward: Rewards will be credited into the customers trade account within 60 days of the end of the Promotional Period.

9. One Offer at a Time: The Offer may not be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other discount voucher or offer.

10. No Alternatives to the Reward: No cash alternative available and the Reward is non- transferrable. 11. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By using this Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

12. Amendment and Cancellation: We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer/promotion at any time without notice.

13. Data Protection: We will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy at https://www.cityplumbing.mom/privacypolicy.

14. Liability: City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Qualifying Customer in respect of the Offer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Offer.

15. Jurisdiction and Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
